What does it smell like?   

Peaceful Sleep has a rich citrusy floral aroma with soft woody undertone. 

How to use it:

Insert the inhaler gently into the tip of one nostril, hold the other nostril closed and inhale gently and deeply twice.  Repeat in the other nostril. Repeat once.

When to use it:   

Use just before going to bed and/or if you wake up at night.
