How to use it:

Apply to clean dry feet (I would recommend washing feet using the Revitalise Foot scrub).  Massage into the foot, and lower leg area.  Once applied it can be very beneficial to put on some socks as this helps the keep the skin warm and absorb the oils

When to use it:  

Whenever you like but it is especially good if you have tired feet.
